Step 1: Goal setting 18th January 2011
Start the New Year by being clear about where you are going – and how you are going to get there!!!
In this seminar you will learn how to set SMART goals within business or personal life and an easy-to-learn process for working those goals up to achieve the goals you set.
Step 2: Delivering Successful Projects 8th February 2011
Create a framework to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality.
Regardless of whether you deliver projects for others, undertake your own or need to monitor those that are delivered to you, this seminar will show how project success can be consistently achieved by applying the disciplines and collateral of a 6 stage methodology. This will be supported by a set of template materials employing standard MS Office tools.
Step 3: Communication 1st March 2011
Ensure that your message is clear. Learn how to listen and communicate better with your clients and team.
In this seminar you will learn techniques for building rapport and ensuring that your audience hears and understands your message.
Step 4: Emotional Intelligence 29th March 2011
Learn how to control your emotions and successfully interact with your clients and team.
Learn to associate and dissociate from emotions at will, increase self-awareness and understanding of what causes conflict in relationships.
Step 5: Stress Management 19th April 2011
Stay calm in a stressful environment. Tips for keeping your cool when all around are losing theirs.
Here you will learn how to use stress to maximise your performance, and gain invaluable insight into how to better manage triggers of stress in your own environment.

Each seminar stands alone, or can be taken as part of the full course. A Certificate will be presented for completing all 5 seminars.
Carol Page is a Personal Life Coach. She has a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching (merit) gained through The Coaching Academy, a First Class Honours degree in Theology, an MA in Pastoral Studies and a Certificate in Counselling. She has eight years experience within the NHS, both at the front-line as a Spiritual Healthcare Provider, caring and supporting people through painful and difficult circumstances and also in a managerial role, supervising, teaching and facilitating staff. She completed the RCN Clinical Leadership Training Programme and has training and experience as a Harassment Advisor, in Supervision and Mentoring. Carol has a broad base of skills, a non-judgemental attitude and genuine sensitivity, care and concern for people.
Mick Page is an experienced Teacher and Trainer, Programme Manager, Team Leader and Cost Centre Manager with extensive experience in managing large and complex projects as well as teams and groups of adult and young learners. He taught for eleven years in Primary schools in the UK before pioneering the use of IT in education. He has an Honours Degree in Education and is PRINCE2 and ITIL accredited. He spent a number of years in educational advisory and training roles before moving into Project Management, initially with an educational software company and then with blue-chip IT service providers. Mick led the creation and development of a customised projects framework aimed at small to medium-size IT businesses (adhering to PRINCE2 standards). He currently teaches at The Learning Centre in Pegeia.
